As a Cyber Protection and Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our systems and data. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cyber Protection and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of our third-party risk management (TPRM) software, managing internal safety compliance requirements, and implementing regulations, tactics, and frameworks across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber protection, data entry, and compliance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of our TPRM software, including validating incoming risk assessment requests, operating with business stakeholders to confirm details, and conducting kick-off periods with stakeholders and third-party vendors. Coordinate the distribution of due diligence questionnaires to internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, review submitted questionnaires for completeness, and identify risks associated with security controls. File responses, associated findings, and remediation plans in our systems, draft and review reports for checks performed, and ensure that business stakeholders finalize critiques. Serve as a liaison to ensure that any queries are responded to concerning the risk control technique and evaluation to the business or third-party vendors as required. Conduct continuous monitoring of third-party vendors via our systems for current and new findings, and track any findings to closure. Lead and assist with the development of cybersecurity hazard and compliance-related strategies to ensure treatment of cybersecurity chance consistent with the agency's threat urge for food. Maintain and document compliance towards information safety associated guidelines and processes through planning, checking out, remediating, tracking, and reporting on manipulate critiques and threat checks.

Essential Qualifications

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate rapid-paced surroundings and be bendy with working hours. Working understanding of information security-related high-quality practices and requirements, including ISO 2700x, SOC 2 necessities, SSAE 16/18 requirements, and others. Experience in the control of hazard, controls, and compliance, with expertise in hazard evaluation methodologies (qualitative/quantitative). Super analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent presentation making and delivery abilities. Robust interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Applicable Bachelor's/Master's diploma from an accepted university or equivalent experience. 4 years of experience throughout third-party risk control, records security, and audit & compliance tracking (minimum of 2-3 years in TPRM/internal audit). Preferred experience with a massive company and/or large four accounting company. One or greater credentials - CISA, CRISC, ISO27001 L./LI, CISSP. Experience in AI/ML is a plus.
