Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for supporting our paid media analytics capability. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions - Design and implement data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives - Work with data science teams to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions - Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and architecture
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering) - 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field - Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js) - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
