Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Representative/Customer Service professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their travel package goals. You'll be responsible for serving as a member of our team, working closely with customers to create personalized itineraries, and providing exceptional customer service through various channels. Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Representative/Customer Service professional at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering Teamwork: You'll collaborate with and help teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring that our team is cohesive and productive.
  • Surprising & Delighting Clients: You'll innovate and find new ways to surprise and delight our clients, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with arenaflex.
  • Responding to Client Requests and Questions: You'll respond promptly and professionally to client requests and questions, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Applying for Payments & Sending Out Payment Reminders: You'll apply for payments and send out payment reminders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing Flight Changes & Seat Assignments: You'll manage flight changes and seat assignments with ease, ensuring that our clients' travel plans are seamless.
  • Concierge-Related Details: You'll handle concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, ensuring that their travel experience is memorable.
  • Corresponding with Clients: You'll correspond with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure.
  • Preparing Client Documents & Travel Tips: You'll prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copies, advising on what should be printed, etc. no later than 3 weeks before departure.
  • Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status: You'll update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date.
  • Setting Schedules and Managing Time: You'll set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, ensuring that you meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Managing Client Profiles & Bookings: You'll manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring that our clients' travel plans are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Serving as Backup Travel Support/Main Point of Contact: You'll serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
