What to Expect: Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative for arenaflex Call Center, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service: Act as a liaison to provide product/service information, resolve customer issues effectively, and build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Managing large volumes of incoming calls: Handle high call volumes while generating sales leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.

  • Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices: Experience with CRM systems and practices, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.

  • High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years old: A high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum age of 18 years old.
