The Role As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless management of injured workers' prescriptions. You'll work closely with our pharmacy network, client adjusters, and claimants to ensure accurate and efficient medication benefits assignment. This is a remote work opportunity, with alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule. Key Responsibilities * Prepares, inputs, and supports claimant profiles in our pharmacy network * Assists pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications * Coordinates and liaises with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment in multiple systems * Supports client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data * Manages and updates client and claimant information in multiple systems * Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on any topic related to the claimant's current or previous medications * Performs other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications * 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Familiarity with and experience working as part of a dedicated team * Excellent written grammatical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports * Exceptional understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills * Ability to edit, grammar, and spelling with precision Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in the Workers Compensation benefit management industry * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software systems * Ability to learn new programs and adapt to changing processes and needs Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing situations and priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems * Ability to learn new programs and adapt to changing processes and needs Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
