The Role
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time. You'll connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages, making sure we put smiles on our customers' faces. Your work will go beyond just delivering customer orders; it's about creating a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email; respond promptly and prioritize customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data; use stories and experience to complement data; seek out and develop work flows and procedures to improve and promote quality; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines.
Problem Solving:
Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully to develop alternative solutions.

Physical Demands:
* Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds.
- Stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long.
