Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, while also performing a variety of administrative and technical tasks. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a fair and efficient manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
• Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry and other administrative tasks
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, including responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
• Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge
• Great telephone etiquette and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
