Job Summary

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers via our live chat platform. Responsibilities

As a key member of our remote customer service team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers by utilizing the right methods and tools, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building trust and rapport through open and interactive communication.
  • Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts, fostering long-term loyalty and advocacy.
  • Meeting personal and customer service team targets, as well as call handling quotas, to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven Customer Support Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Active Listening and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong active listening skills, with the ability to identify and assess customers' needs, and provide effective solutions.

  • Time Management and Prioritization Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting personal and team targets.

Preferred Qualifications
