Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Providing solutions to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience
* Taking inbound calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a secure workspace free from distractions and adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
