Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Data Quality Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying, analyzing, assessing, documenting, and communicating potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used
• Creating partnerships with key stakeholders in Customer Solutions and other functions to design plans for addressing data quality challenges
• Leading data cleansing projects where needed, while working to standardize transactional processes for handoff to longer-term ownership
• Creating and executing plans for the maintenance of data integrity based on findings from root cause analysis
• Creating data quality metrics to measure the current state of data integrity and the success of data quality initiatives
• Performing data analysis and communicating trends and patterns
• Managing data quality documentation by defining and maintaining data rules and definitions
• Partnering with the Data Governance senior manager to build a culture of data accountability
• Supporting the deployment of the Customer Solutions Data Governance vision and strategies
• Building and delivering presentations and communications that explain critical metrics and findings to stakeholders with some guidance
• Prioritizing data quality projects based on Data Governance principles and strategic initiatives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a similar field
• 4+ years of work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in data transformation and cleansing
• A strong understanding of database and data modeling concepts
• Advanced experience with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI
• Knowledge of data governance concepts, including the need for documented definitions, calculations, sources, lineage, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• A Master's or higher degree in a related discipline
• Knowledge of IDN and Definitive data

• A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
