Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional, fast, efficient, and friendly service to our customers
  • Handling money and completing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stocking merchandise on sales floors and in coolers to ensure a clean and well-organized store environment
  • Working collaboratively with other store employees as a member of the arenaflex team
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Store Management

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to:

  • Stand for up to 90% of your shift
  • Lift up to 40 pounds on a daily basis for stocking shelves, coolers, and back room duties
  • Reach above head level to stock merchandise and perform other tasks
  • Bend daily to restock shelves and perform other tasks
  • Push brooms, mops, and dollies on wheels daily
  • Pull carts daily

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including holidays and weekends
