Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries, and working towards a resolution (40-50 calls per shift)
- Making outbound calls to customers to collect on past due bills, using various collection strategies to achieve successful outcomes (90-120+ calls per day)
- Providing clear and concise information to customers regarding their bills, offering options for payment, and negotiating payment arrangements
- Managing and reviewing customer accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and creating requests for resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
- Proven ability to handle upset customers face-to-face or over the phone, with a strong focus on de-escalation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Basic computer skills, including restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing
- Ability to multitask, with strong listening skills and proven reliability/punctuality in past positions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service or collections role
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
