Job Overview
As an Experienced Customer Experience Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for testing, validating, and launching new technology at customer locations. Your primary focus will be on evaluating the functionality and customer experience of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collecting customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technology. With approximately 50% travel domestically, you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and drive business growth.
Core Job Tasks
* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience
- Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, driving innovation and improvement
- Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, ensuring successful implementation and adoption
- Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technology, informing business decisions and driving growth
- Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Basic Qualifications
* A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
- Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
- Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics
- Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R
- Formal coursework/training in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and Scrum principles
Contract Details
* Contract length: 11 months
- Location: Remote, with approximately 50% travel domestically (best suited for candidates near a main US airline hub)
- Pay range: $38 - $42 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
