Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Sales Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for selling shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software. You'll work closely with customers via chat, responding to inquiries, and encouraging them to place orders. With our cutting-edge system, you'll be able to close sales directly on the chat, sending invoices from our company's system. If a customer requires a phone call, you can either handle it yourself or assign the lead to one of our experienced closers.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our software
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with leads, and encourage them to place orders
- Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Handle customer phone calls or assign leads to our experienced closers
- Meet or exceed sales targets to earn a competitive commission
