Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat and Email Support Specialist to join our team in Creve Coeur, MO. As a Live Chat and Email Associate with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and servicing the needs of customers who have purchased our extended service plans. You'll answer incoming chats and emails from customers, assist with troubleshooting and servicing covered products, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and servicing covered products, utilizing technical knowledge and critical thinking skills
  • Identify and address customer needs promptly, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat and email logs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical information to provide expert assistance to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a technical or troubleshooting environment

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred

* Experience with live chat and email support software

  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and repair procedures
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
