Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate (Work From Home), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing support through various channels. This is a seasonal position that ends on 1/15/2024, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. Seasonal Customer Service Associate Responsibilities

* Placing orders over the phone with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction

• Acknowledging and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Answering product questions, return requests, and order status inquiries with confidence and accuracy
• Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text
• Performing other customer service, operations, and administrative duties as needed
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Requirements

* Fast learner who can quickly capture and understand new concepts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone skills and pleasant phone demeanor
• Organized with attention to detail
• Strong PC skills
• Able to work independently
• Patience in handling a diverse array of customer needs and requests
• Must be dedicated, responsible, positive-minded, trustworthy, and organized
• Personal PC or MAC with high-speed internet
• 2+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience shopping online

• Call center experience a plus

Available Schedules

* Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11 am and 8 pm

• Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
