Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer equipment repairs from start to finish. This involves working closely with repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to ensure seamless communication and efficient repair processes. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Collaborating with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing and timely communication with customers
  • Running reports and analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet and exceed service goals, driving continuous quality and customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, repair technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Benefits and Compensation

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
  • Benefits:

  • Shift: Day shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
