What You Will Be Doing...

As a live chat customer support agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in managing real-time inquiries from customers via live chat on businesses' websites and social media platforms. This involves handling both support queries from existing customers and answering sales-related questions from potential new customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing live chat conversations with customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary

  • Strong capability to follow detailed instructions and procedures, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to increase your hours based on performance and business needs
