Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of clients' business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics
  • Structuring a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and leading a cross-functional team to collaborate on projects and drive client success
  • Planning and achieving growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals
  • Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers
  • Building knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs
  • Ability to achieve goals to drive growth

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context
  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits included. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
