Job Summary

As a Bilingual Remote Customer Account Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and online chat. You'll use your creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex account questions and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to work from home, with a guaranteed hourly base pay and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and online chat

  • Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex account questions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Personalize the customer's journey from start to finish of each conversation
  • Assist with reservations and ensure accurate vacation details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills

  • Prior customer service experience, 2 years preferred
  • Ability to work from home with focus space and limited distractions
  • High-speed Internet service required
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Confidence to take empowerment and make decisions for customer solutions
  • Willingness to pursue continual improvement and adapt in a changing environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Detail-oriented service
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Ability to offer comparable alternatives
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Office, internet, and internal programs
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a contact center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of vacation ownership or hospitality industry
  • Experience with MS Office and internal programs
  • Bilingual in additional languages
