Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient order processing. Reporting to the Glasgow Head Office, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quotations, and processing orders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide quotations and process orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Operate and maintain spreadsheets to track customer interactions and order progress
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Produce weekly reports to monitor customer satisfaction and order trends
  • Raise contracts and discuss with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience

About You

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record in a customer-focused environment. You will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment
  • Experience of working in the hire industry would be advantageous
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize your workload
  • The ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient skills in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience of working in the hire industry

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
