Job Summary UPS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Inventory Data Entry Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records for our operations. As a key member of the logistics and supply chain team, you will ensure that inventory data is accurately entered and managed within our systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of UPSs global operations. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home while supporting one of the worlds most recognized and respected brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Accurately input inventory data into UPS systems and databases.
  • * Review and reconcile inventory discrepancies by collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • * Perform regular data audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • * Assist in generating inventory reports and summaries for management review.
  • * Maintain organized electronic records of inventory documents and transactions.
  • * Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • * Support process improvements and implement best practices in data entry and inventory management.
  • * Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • * Comply with company policies, security standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management software.
  • * Excellent typing speed with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • * Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • * Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or a related administrative role.
  • * Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
  • * Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is advantageous.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time position.
  • * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time) with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • * Remote, work-from-home setup.
