Job Summary As a Brand Engagement Center Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for Toyota and Lexus owners, dealerships, and field/area offices, handling inquiries and complaints to positively impact owner satisfaction and retention. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Direct interface with Toyota and Lexus guests via phone calls, emails, social media, and chats to respond to inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Analyze guest concerns and handle them accordingly, taking ownership of incoming communication and investigating and resolving various questions and concerns
  • Combine active listening with proactive decision-making skills to benefit Toyota and Lexus guests, utilizing multiple software applications and online resources to identify opportunities to improve the guest experience
  • Support in-vehicle technology and apps, assisting guests with setting up and troubleshooting their multi-media products, phone pairing, and navigation
  • High emotional intelligence to effectively support low-effort guest experiences and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced customer-facing or phone environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Added bonus if you have a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Automotive experience (i.e., dealership, technician, worked for another automotive company, etc.)
  • Experience working with technology (i.e., Bluetooth pairing, navigation, smartphone)
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in bolthires Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) What We Bring
  • 12 weeks of in-office paid training at our Plano Headquarters
  • Starting salary of $54,500, with benefits effective on day one
  • Hybrid (Home/Onsite) schedule following training, with a requirement to be in the office approximately 4 times per month
