Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming live chat and phone inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues efficiently.
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
  • Processing orders and payments over the phone, ensuring that our customers receive the products and services they need in a timely manner.
  • Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track customer history and preferences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly, including our CRM system and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
