Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to package logistics, returns, refunds, product details, and warranty information
  • Guiding customers in navigating our website and addressing general customer questions and concerns
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
