Who We're Looking For

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Brand Champions. As a Brand Champion, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service that sets us apart from the competition. You'll be a problem-solver, a communicator, and a relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home, providing customer service to our clients across various industries, including cable/telecommunications, education, financial, retail, and healthcare. Your day will be filled with:

  • Providing solutions to customer service issues, answering general questions, and addressing billing inquiries
  • Troubleshooting problems and finding creative solutions to drive customer satisfaction
  • Building strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with our team to share best practices and improve customer service processes

What We're Looking For

* 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively engage and listen to customers
  • Empathy and a focus on providing solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a goal of one call resolution
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
