As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reading and accurately inputting data from customer and shipping orders, deciphering difficult handwriting as needed
- Keying data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system
- Verifying the accuracy of entered data and reporting any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
- Maintaining accurate logs of ongoing work and performing administrative duties such as filing and copying
- Spending approximately five hours daily on data entry and three hours on administrative tasks
