Schedule and Compensation Details

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a unique hybrid work arrangement that offers the perfect blend of flexibility and structure. Our schedule includes:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday
  • Competitive pay rate: $26 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving product complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Your typical day will involve:

  • Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
  • Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
  • Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
