Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat platform, providing accurate information and technical assistance to customers regarding arenaflex products and services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting techniques, empowering them to get the most out of our products and services
