[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships through engaging with prospective clients and offering tailored software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation : Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and inbound marketing efforts
  • Sales Outreach : Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, and digital communication to prospective clients
  • Client Needs Analysis : Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer pain points, business challenges, and objectives
  • Product Demonstrations : Effectively present and demonstrate Cyncly's software solutions to potential clients, highlighting how they meet specific needs
  • Pipeline Management : Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Customer Relationship Management : Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and ongoing product education
  • Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and evolving customer needs to effectively position Cyncly’s offerings

Skills

  • Experience in sales, specifically targeting SMB clients, with a proven track record of success in new logo acquisition
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Capable of handling objections and turning challenges into sales opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and professionally
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the kitchen and bath design industry is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with kitchen and bath design software (e.g., 2020 Design) is preferred
  • Spanish is an asset
