Analyst- Trading Partner Operations

They are seeking a Trading Partner Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing operational tasks related to trading partner management, analyzing data for trends, and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks related to trading partner management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Prioritize work effectively to ensure completion of assigned tasks within specified turnaround times and adhering to established goals
- Comply with operational processes and standards to support business objectives and enhance partner relationships
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within trading partner operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to operational challenges
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members in trading partner operations
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in trading partner management, healthcare operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Familiarity with trading partner management processes or payer systems is a plus
