[Remote] Software Engineer / Developer (Entry–Mid Level) $100K/yr - $120Kyr

They are seeking a Software Engineer / Developer to design, build, test, and maintain software applications that support business operations and customer-facing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security standards
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and basic automated tests
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Support application performance monitoring and reliability improvements
- Assist with integrating third-party APIs, services, and libraries
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Software development or engineering, Application development (web, backend, or full stack)
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as: JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, Java, C#
- Basic understanding of: Data structures and algorithms, Object-oriented and/or functional programming concepts, RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly within a team environment
