[Remote] Customer Service Specialists

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions
  • Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer interactions
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Experience with help desk software (i.e., Freshdesk, Zendesk)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing position
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the healthcare or treatment industry
  • Familiarity with proprietary software systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
  • Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
