What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Graduate or G.E.D.: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of One Year Experience in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center or Retail Environment: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
