Experienced Customer Service Agent – Global Clinical Trials Support

What You'll Achieve in This Role As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our clients and their patients. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing top-notch support, troubleshooting, and resolution of end-user issues in our clinical trials software applications * Documenting all call information according to our Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures * Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures * Maintaining confidentiality as required at all times * Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * A college degree and at least one year of relevant experience (background investigation and drug screen required) * Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with strong phone skills * Strong commitment to customer service * Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues * Flexibility to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations * Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese are a plus, but not required Work-Life Balance and Career Growth At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your work-life balance and investing in your future success.
