Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and booking jobs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing clear and concise information about our products and services, as well as answering general questions about policies and procedures
  • Explaining the details of policies to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listening to customers' needs and providing the appropriate solutions to resolve their issues
  • Outputting large quantities of information in a clear and concise manner
  • Making outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the garage door industry
  • Knowledge of garage door products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
