Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining our commitment to excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Providing attentive customer service and genuinely caring about customers' experiences
  • Maintaining a well-organized and tidy work station and customer waiting area
  • Implementing measures to prevent theft, damage, and expired products in the inventory management system
  • Following guidelines established by the organization for managing and monitoring non-prescription medication inventory using the automated inventory management system
  • Promoting sales and services to customers, increasing revenue and building customer loyalty
  • Handling phone calls efficiently by triaging them and answering queries promptly
  • Adhering to and promoting all safety and hygiene policies and programs as per the health code regulations at the local, state, and federal level
  • Reporting any hazardous conditions or criminal conduct to store management for prompt and decisive steps

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Previous comparable experience in customer service or retail operations
  • Proficient in customer registry management, phone inquiries, and cashier engagements
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and HIPAA regulations when dealing with patient information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in inventory management within a retail operation

  • Proficiency in managing cashier activities, including electronic fund transactions, cash, and check transactions
  • Knowledge of vendor coupons, cash shortfalls, and company shrink directives
  • Ability to promote sales and services to customers, increasing revenue and building customer loyalty
  • Experience in handling phone calls efficiently and triaging them promptly
  • Familiarity with automated inventory management systems and non-prescription medication inventory management
