A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you'll work closely with customers to provide solutions, answer general customer service questions, and address service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities that drive customer satisfaction for our clients. Your expertise will enable you to own all customer interactions, with a focus on one call resolution. You'll leave each day feeling satisfied, knowing that you've made a positive impact on a customer's life. Your exceptional service will position arenaflex as the employer and provider of choice, setting us apart in the industry.

Brand Champion Skillset

* 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
• Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
