Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be part of our Customer Success team, responsible for providing exceptional support and consultation to our potential and current parent-clients. Your primary goal will be to build scalable systems and processes that deliver a great customer journey, ensuring that our clients feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the go-to resource for parent-clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions

  • Foster positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction
  • Address parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner
  • Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Work Hours and Environment

* Work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible hours to suit your needs

  • 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time) schedule, with occasional flexibility to accommodate customer needs
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills

What We're Looking For

* Previous customer service or customer-facing experience, with a passion for learning and growth

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, attentive, and skilled approach to understanding customer needs
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment, with a knack for timely responses and clear communication
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential, with a strong understanding of Chinese culture and customs
  • Quick learner, with a willingness to adapt to new systems and processes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. education, communications) preferred

  • Previous customer service or customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, attentive, and skilled approach to understanding customer needs
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential, with a strong understanding of Chinese culture and customs
