Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, or chat, to ensure that our customers receive the assistance they need when they need it.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers navigate our products and services to get the most out of their arenaflex experience.
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions, including testing different scenarios and impersonating users to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers to help us improve our products and services.
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Informing customers about new features and functionalities to keep them up-to-date with the latest arenaflex developments.
  • Following up with customers to ensure that their technical issues are resolved and that they're satisfied with the support they've received.
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to help us improve our products and services.
