Key Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team, including:
+ Coordinating training sessions and development programs + Tracking and reporting on employee training progress + Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies.
### Employee Relations
- Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees, providing timely and effective support.
- Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
### HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance.
- Process HR paperwork, such as contracts and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective HR administration processes.
### Training & Development
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Track and report on employee training progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective training and development strategies.
### Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports on staffing and turnover, providing insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective compliance and reporting processes.
### Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Coordinate with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Skills:
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Technical Proficiency: - Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus. + Problem-Solving: - Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and resolve issues proactively.
