About the Role

We're on the hunt for talented and ambitious individuals to join our team as Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and resolving complex customer inquiries. Our comprehensive 5-day paid training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare for the State Insurance Exam, and we'll provide ongoing support to help you obtain your license in all 50 states and territories where we operate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and respond to concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines
  • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
  • Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to policyholders with policy changes requested
  • Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results and provide outstanding customer service. The essential qualifications include:

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications include 6 months of call center experience. As a remote worker, you'll need to meet our internet connection requirements, including a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps, a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, and an ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms. You'll also need to provide proof of internet speed and have a clean and quiet workspace.
