Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by handling teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate referrals to financial specialists. Complete functional activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures. Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer service tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank systems and products, as well as collaboration with colleagues across the organization. Preferred Qualifications: Military experience (veteran, active-duty, or reserve). Customer service experience in a financial institution or retail environment.
