Talent Acquisition Specialist - Nearshore

The Talent Acquisition Specialist a crucial component to ensuring the day-to-day operations of Avicado run smoothly and efficiently. For this role, you must be able to work well in a remote team environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an extensive bench of high performers
  • Create and manage reporting in Avicado's applicant tracking system
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Collaborate with the HR and Branding team to bring an innovative approach to our talent models
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate debrief meetings
  • Assist HR Leader in driving HR tasks to completion
  • Promote software and process adoption: uncover user barriers or resistance
  • Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and reporting as required
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the key internal stakeholders
  • Deliver a "higher level of service," a core value of the Avicado mission statement

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to engage candidates and internal team members
  • Experience in HR Coordination
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Construction industry, Technology industry, and/or Managed Services
  • Experience in applicant tracking systems and reporting
