Product Security Architect - REMOTE

In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in designing and maintaining a robust security architecture that safeguards digital assets. Your expertise will guide the organization in navigating the ever-changing threat landscape while ensuring adherence to security standards and regulatory mandates. You will play a vital role in security assessments, policy development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed security into all business initiatives. • Design, review and develop security architectures for systems and networks.
• Conduct security assessments and communicate identified risks from vulnerability scans.
• Perform risk management activities including the documentation and business approval of risk exceptions.
• Contribute to the development of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Evaluate proposed business processes and solutions to integrate security requirements.
• Coordinate with the Security Operation Center on incident response providing technical expertise.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams ensuring security integration in projects.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
• Support the sales cycle by responding to customer security inquiries and addendums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or a related role.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (NIST, SOC, ISO 27001).
• Experience in network security, cloud security, and application security.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies (firewalls, IDS, SIEM).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant security certifications like CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CEH are prioritized.
