[Remote] (General Hire) Software Engineer Intern (TikTok Eng-Short Video) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Software Engineer Intern for the 2026 summer program. The intern will be responsible for building new features, solving complex technical problems, and participating in technical discussions related to product and engineering work.
Responsibilities
- Build new features that touch hundreds of millions of people around the world
- Solve unique, large-scale, highly complex technical problems
- Participate in technical discussions related to team's product and engineering work
Skills
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
- Experience with Python, Java, Golang, C#, or C++
- Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internships, work experience, coding competitions, or publications
- High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
