As a Data Entry Clerk for MSO Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk for MSO Operations, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces into various software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Accurately enters data into corresponding fields within various software programs, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate
  • Completes warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives, assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during periods of high call volume
  • Works with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software programs as required
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt

Work Experience:

While previous experience in a relevant position is desired, we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is preferred, but not required.

Preferred Education:

Travel / Physical Demands:

This position typically works in an office environment, where environmental conditions are stable. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit for extended periods of time; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch, and lift up to 15 pounds.
