Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer data, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process customer data, including updating records and resolving discrepancies

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional support
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and transaction history
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other administrative tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
