What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time technical support to customers, troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assisting customers with product and service inquiries, resolving issues on the first call, and exceeding their expectations with world-class customer service
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers, suggesting solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge, attending training sessions, and participating in ongoing learning and development opportunities

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic computer skills, with a familiarity with technology and software applications
  • Ability to work from home, with a high-speed internet connection available in your home

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues

  • 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
  • Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
  • Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
  • Previous telecommunications experience
