Key Responsibilities and Obligations

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing social media support strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media customer support, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or business administration

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

While not required, the following qualifications and experience would be an asset:

  • Experience with arenaflex's products and services
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's social media support tools and platforms
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Certification in social media marketing or customer service
  • Experience with content creation and publishing on social media platforms
